How to use

You can redeem your ticket and start the tour at any of the Tootbus stops. Mobile tickets are accepted on board. Redeem your cruise ticket on board the bus first and then start the river cruise operated by London City Cruises at any of the piers available including Westminster, London Eye or Tower of London Pier

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Know in advance:

Your ticket is valid only on the booked date, or any date before it. You will have the flexibility to make changes or cancellations free of charge up to 24 hours before the travel date
Once activated at first use, your ticket is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours (depending on the option booked). During this period you can hop on and off the bus as many times as you want
Departures every day from Monday to Sunday
Yellow route: first departure at 8:30 am - last departure at 6:00 pm in weekdays and at 7:00 pm Fri-Sun
Blue route daily: first departure at 9:00 am - last departure 5:00 pm
Green route daily: first departure 9:00 am - last departure 5:00 pm
Buses every 15 - 20 mins on the Yellow route; 20 mins on the blue route; 30 mins on the green route
The audio guide is available in English, French, Spanish, German and Italian on the bus devices and on the Tootbus app
