Meet your bus at the bus station in Geneva. The bus has the name of the tour and the driver wears a Keytours jacket to be recognized.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Covid-Update: please bring an authorized covid-pass with you
- Important information: You must bring a current valid passport, as you will cross the Franco-Swiss border. Visa whenever applicable
- Please note that a copy of your passport (or Visa whenever applicable) is not accepted
- If the group has less than 10 participants, a trained English-speaking driver-guide will lead you through the day. If there are more than 10 participants there will be an extra guide (included within the price of the tour, no additional costs)
