Very convenient , cheap and good in communication, I used to book with other local agent and cost me fortune for frequent traveller like me . I travel out and in HCM at least 4 times a month. Here I book two way super VIP around 65 USD. While last time I booked for 120 USD for same kind services. The WhatsApp team very proactive , abd the best part they can speak multi languages . Love it so much and hope they will create the special apps soon. Xin Cam On . 😘

Greta service. Staff member was already waiting for us when we arrived at the immigration hall. She took us to the “VIP” lane, which was empty: we cleared the passaport check in literally 5 minutes. To be honest, the regular qeue wasn’t that bad but we still saved at least 30-40 minutes.

Everything went great. A person met us at immigration control, led us to a separate line, and we were through in a minute. But we still had to stand around for about 20 minutes waiting for our bags 🤣

The boat trip with Red River Tours was an amazing experience. A fun filled day with island hopping, snorkeling and fishing off the boat. Brian (our own super cute mermaid) kept us all entertained and ensured a super unforgettable fun filled day. We went snorkeling on two different islands and had time fishing off the boat (so proud of my hubby catching 3 cutie little fish). We were treated with a feast of a meal for lunch (freshly prepared on the boat). Far too many food impossible to finish it all (trust me we tried very hard though). We got great value for the money we spent on this boat trip. When in Phu Quoc, you should not miss out on a trip with Brian and the rest of the Red River Tour team. These guys pulled it off for sure!!

Booking on Ctrip was very convenient. However, this mud spa was really expensive; an hour of mud bath plus sauna and an hour of massage cost about 370 yuan. Although the service was okay, the Vietnamese massage was comfortable, and the fried noodles were delicious, it was just too pricey. The beach bar was open to the public and crowded with foreigners sunbathing on the beach; it didn't seem to cater specifically to customers, and it felt a bit chaotic.
