Everything was very well organized, and the waiting time beforehand was bridged with a buffet lunch. Our guide drove us very close to all the animals, allowing us to see and photograph them all clearly while he explained the different species and their characteristics. We drove there ourselves from Cape Town on the N1 in our rental car, which was easy and straightforward. A worthwhile trip and a fantastic experience for the whole family!★

Plenty of buses, you were not waiting for long to catch the next red or blue bus. The routes took you to such lovely places. I didn't realise the small wine route was included so that was a lovely surprise. staff were very friendly. would definitely recommend.★

On your website please disclose the R250 for permits, because we came knowing that we have booked, that we a covered, but there we got a surprise of having to pay for some permit of R250, PLEASE BE TRANSPARENT ABOUT THAT, we budget when we plan trips!!★

The experience on its own is amazing though I feel your T n C's need to be improved interms of the specifics needed, on the app here it says Pass Fee is R200 when we got there they told us its R250 each and when paying by cards is R260 each irregardless of whether you're paying the whole amount as 1 transaction ,I feel thats misleading customers ,we waited 25 minutes to be attended to or given a person that was going to be our guide mind you, we were supposed to start at 12pm.but ended up starting at 12h25pm and came back exactly on time ,going forward please make sure people plan in advance and save our time as we respected their 30minutes before starting time rule, otherwise big up to Tendai who needed up being our guide for the day he tried to see ro 3 groups on his own and did an amazing Job for people's Job★
