I cannot recommend this enough. Our family of 4 went, including my 2 teens, 16 and 18, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! We had an amazing time and chef Paolo was incredible. He was friendly, outgoing and made this that much more enjoyable.
After a quick walk, we started at the market learning about our fresh ingredients and picking up some food for the day.
Once back we started cooking. All together we made fresh pasta, eggplant parm lasagna, swordfish skewers, and salted branzino.
There were breaks after we made each item while we enjoyed appetizers and plenty of wine, or water if you prefer.
Once everything was prepared and cooked, we sat down and enjoyed the fruits of our labor, buffet style. There was so much food and everything was absolutely delicious!
Lastly, make sure you save room for the fresh cannoli!
This class is wonderful for all ages and abilities. You even get a personalized certificate and souvenir apron.
You are emailed the recipes of the day and I can’t wait to try them at home.
This really is a must do.★

Great night of popular opera in a sweet theatre. Lovely trio. Excellent singing and humour. Up above the main town just a short walk away. Arias and duets popular enough for most to identify,
And a few piano solos. Delightful and humorous in parts. Not far from our favourite restaurant KEPOS. (A must try- Michelin grade food at Bargain prices)

We all had fun at this experience, the workers were so nice and helpful and the pizza was delicious. We first made pasta and then the pizza, we had wine and soda and water. The people were all so friendly! Great way to spend some time in Taormina! Such a great town! Highly recommend, it was very hot today but still fun!
