During our stay in Porto, we wondered over to Gaia, took the gondola down and ended up in WOW, it did not disappoint! We purchased the daily pass and made the most use costing 5 museums over the afternoon. We saw Planet Cork, Wine Experience, the Chocolate Story, Pink Palace and the history of Porto! The staff throughout the whole place were very pleasant, answered all our questions. These are all self guided tours. Planet cork was amazing, didn't realize how much you could do with this. The wine experience tour was just as good so much info on wine. With a tasting at the end by Joao who was also great! The Chocolate Story was next and we had a great time enjoying chocolate from all the different stations and learning of its long history! again, the staff was awesome! The pink palace was really fun and definitely a instragram worthy opportunity at every turn! And finally the history of Porto! If you're looking for a great experience for wine, history and fun visit WOW!!★

A really good trip. Lots of historical sites. Pedro, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very funny. The tour included private chapel viewings not open to the public. Highly recommended!★

We had a great day in the Douro Valley with one other pair and our guide Andrea. The pickup was smooth, the van comfortable and clean, and the driving safe. The two vineyards we visited were lovely and not overcrowded. We stopped a couple of times for views, historic train station, and coffee. Lunch was in a grand old house and the food was tasty. The only meh part of the trip was the boat ride which was mostly due to the weather (very brisk) and some noisy teenagers that were part of another group that was on the boat. Andrea was full of interesting information and a genuinely kind person. The tour was a little pricey compared to others but very worth it for the small group size and the personalised experience.★

Enjoyed the wine tour. It was a small group (just me and my friend) for the day which allowed the guide to give us their full attention. Transport was clean and driver drove well so we felt safe. Wines were good and the explanations given at all the vineyards were excellent - you can see that everyone loves what they are doing.★
