Tasting on January 8, 2026. The man who guided me, Pierre, was truly friendly from start to finish. The explanation was engaging and completely immersed me in the terroir of Burgundy. I was able to understand the sentimental value and passion behind every single bottle that every producer (large or small) produces annually. At the tasting, I tasted one wine from each category, starting from the "lowest" (regional) appellation and working my way up to the highest, a Grand Cru. I recommend this experience because for wine lovers, it's an absolute must-do in Dijon.★

I enjoyed every aspect. The location of the wine tasting was lovely and interesting. The guide was very knowledgeable and also redirected each of us and enabled the two of us who like to the photos of the bottles whose wine we tasted. There were only 5 of us so she could be extra flexible and our mutual conversations added to the interest and fun of the wine tasting. Our guide was also very helpful in giving us dinner recommendations as we all wanted to try some traditional Dijonaise recipes and she knew just the place also conveniently located. I enjoyed my last meal in Dijon very much thanks to her recommendation. If I’d been in Dijon another day or two I would have found a second wine tasting experience. But I left for USA the next day. Maybe later this year in Lyon! The★

We had a wonderful time with Batiste. He was very knowledgeable and patient. And we enjoyed the cheese and wine for lunch, and company.The only suggestion is to add at least one or two bathroom breaks.★
