We booked a fast track pass the day before arriving in Vietnam while sitting at the airport. The staff contacted me immediately to confirm the details, and upon arrival, they were waiting for us with a sign with our names. It was truly the best thing you could ask for after a long flight. Passport control took us no more than 5 minutes. Our vacation started off great. We plan to use it on our return trip, and I also recommended it to a friend. Thank you!★

Vietnam's immigration process is notorious for taking a long time, so my boyfriend and I made a reservation because we didn't want to waste time at the airport.
I'm usually the type who struggles with things like this, but as soon as we got off the plane, an employee was holding a sign, so we knew where to go right away. Haha.
Immigrants processing itself only took about 5 minutes.
We even had to wait less than 10 minutes to get through immigration, but when I saw the other passengers on my flight already lining up, I was glad I made the right reservation.
I'll definitely book this next time I'm in Vietnam!★

Everything went great. A person met us at immigration control, led us to a separate line, and we were through in a minute. But we still had to stand around for about 20 minutes waiting for our bags 🤣★

Booking on Ctrip was very convenient. However, this mud spa was really expensive; an hour of mud bath plus sauna and an hour of massage cost about 370 yuan. Although the service was okay, the Vietnamese massage was comfortable, and the fried noodles were delicious, it was just too pricey. The beach bar was open to the public and crowded with foreigners sunbathing on the beach; it didn't seem to cater specifically to customers, and it felt a bit chaotic.★
