If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

- The maximum number of participants per boat rental is 7 people
- There must be at least one adult (18+ years) in your group
- Despite the fact that the local marine life is widely represented, it is not guaranteed to spot an animal presence when going out. If this is the case, the excursion will not be reimbursed
- Your captain will be bilingual (English/French)
- Drinks (beer, soft drinks, and water) and the use of snorkel equipment is included
- Please note that there is no food included in your ticket. Feel free to bring your own snacks or picknick on board
