From the moment we were greeted by our wonderful guide, Nathalie, we knew we were in great hands. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the history of Lyon, its deep connection to French culinary traditions, and how the city earned its reputation as the gastronomic capital of France. The card gave us access to many different venues, our favorite being the Basilica of Notre Dame of Fourvière. The pass included all city transportation and funicular to the Basilica. The boat river cruise was also wonderful. Lots of museums visited and helpful staff at the tourism office.

We went for the tour with a group of friends and we loved it! Erick is very knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel very welcome! The foods at all the places he took us was fantastic. I especially loved to meet a business women from Fromagerie Saint Jean who only sells cheese and charcuterie from farms that keep animals outside and take good care of them! The praline pie was also a very pleasant surprise!!! Definitely recommend it! Great value for money! Thank you, Erick! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This walk is an absolute must for first time visitors to Lyon. In fact we joined one walk on Tuesday & then a different one on Thursday. Paul is from the Netherlands & has lived in Lyon for 12 years. He is passionate about the town & its history & at the end of our 2 hours we felt much more connected to its stories, especially those of the Resistance fighters, about whom we knew nothing. Paul is also very generous with advice about restaurants & things to do. We thought both his tours were great.


