The scenery was magnificent, the only downside was the very long bus journey and we only saw one koala in a tree – a bit disappointing

Maybe unusual, but I would like to start with Warren our guide. All positives. He is knowledgeable, humourous, empathetic and patient. The tour exceeded our expectations. We had done this trip before on our own. But doing it with a guide makes all the difference. So much to see, so much to learn about and such Instagrammable sites. The heat was a b*tch. The bus was not the most comfortable. Highly recommended tour, overall.

I own & operate a Aged & Disability support service and bought participants on this tour. Our guide Raquel was accommodating, knowledgeable, kind and a great tour guide and nothing was ever to much trouble. We all had a great day Thanks Raquel.

I loved it. Great bunch of people and Chris N (tour guide) was so awesome. He was super funny and entertaining, and just good vibes overall. The forests, beaches and views were beautiful. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful tour with amazing scenic views! The 12 apostles, Loch Ard Gorge and stops at multiple lookouts makes the tour a must do for all visitors to Melbourne. The icing on the cake was our lively and absolutely wonderful tour guide Peter who went the extra mile to show us wild Koalas and Kangaroos! His sense of humor and lively commentary made the trip an unforgettable experience!

Family of 3 from Newcastle NSW spent the day with Katy on the Philip island tour. Exceeded expectations, had a blast. The pickups were on time, the bus clean and air conditioned, Katy is a safe and responsible driver. Hubby and teenager were super excited to be Katy's co-pilots for the day 😅. Katy was very professional, funny and just an amazing host. Thank you Katy and Go west ! Will definitely be booking another tour when we return to Melb in the future. The Jarmans
