How to use
Kindly meet your pilot at the cashier of the cable car station of the Elferbahnen.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- This tour is suitable for all ages
- The allowed maximum weight is 110 kg
- Participants should be in good health and mental condition
- The flight time is between 10-15 minutes, the total duration of the experience is 1 hour
- The tour is held by a bilingual guide
- In case of bad weather, the flight might be cancelled. You will be informed within 24 hours before the tour and get a full refund
- Please bring along weatherproof clothing and good shoes
- This experience does not allow more than 2 participants per booking
