It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!★

Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.★

We booked the service for a trip, I really liked it, it was fast and convenient, they met us with a sign, there were instructions and contact information on the trip itself, so I wrote via WhatsApp myself, but I think it would be great if the other side also contacted us via messengers for confirmation and everything was ok) Overall, I'm happy, they met us and went straight to security, it took no more than 3 minutes★

Excellent service, everything went perfectly and at the highest level. I arrived alone at Cam Ranh Airport, didn't speak the language, and the internet wasn't working. I quickly found an agent with a sign they sent me in advance. I went through passport control in exactly one minute. I recommend this company and their services.★

I would like to commend Trang for her excellent personal service. She helped me adjust my pickup schedule very quickly and was always polite and patient. Thanks to her assistance, my trip was smooth and worry-free.
I highly recommend this tourist bus as it is very comfortable and well-equipped with a TV, charging points, Wi-Fi, and a free shuttle service.
Initially, I planned to choose two people per bed, but thanks to Trang for sharing photos and providing a clear explanation, I decided to choose one person per bed instead. It turned out to be very comfortable.
