How to use
Boarding is from 8:00-8:15 am at the listed address right in front of Tim Hortons. The tour departs at 8:30 am. All guests are required to check in at least 15 minutes prior to departure for boarding.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Know in advance:
- note that the boat operates from May to October. When the boat is not operating, the attraction will be substituted with the Journey Behind the Falls
- the tour operates in all weather conditions. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes
