Please meet at the Earth Adventure tour sign in the Pinky Flat area of North Adelaide.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

The maximum amount of people per tour is 8 and the minimum age is 8 years old
Concession price is applicable to both students with a valid ID and age 65+ with a valid concession card
It is recommended to wear shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting wet, a towel, hat, sunscreen, strap for glasses, water bottle, and if your camera is not waterproof a dry bag is recommended
