This was a great tour, with a stop at a silversmith's house before going to the gaucho ranch. On the ranch, we did a "hayrack" ride, watched a gaucho performance with a horse and live music, and had a bountiful dinner (it was nice outside, so we ate in the open air, which was such a treat). ★

It was such an enjoyable experience! Dinner and show were great. While I was expecting a traditional bus, as advertised, to pick us up at our hotel, and I was very pleased that it was a modern and air conditioned passenger van instead as the climate was a bit warm!★

This cooking class is one of the best. Very informative, it has gluten free options, and SO much food!! You cook chipa, empanadas, flan, steak and potatoes and there are bottomless drinks!★
