Fantastic experience! The guide was always attentive, explaining everything in detail, from where to find Paris to the shortest routes to get from one place to another. At first, we only wanted to get the tickets, but the option of a gift voucher and the Beauty Experience made it well worth it! Unbeatable price. Tickets purchased separately are more expensive! Service was excellent right from the start—we even got food before beginning the tour, which was a nice touch.

Our tour guide, Henry, was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions clearly, and his English was perfect, so we had no trouble understanding anything.
We received a $10 voucher to use at the mall and our tickets to Lotte World. Overall, it was a great experience and an amazing deal!

The South Korean tour guide team was very professional. After booking through Ctrip, they communicated with us one day in advance to confirm the meeting time and place. The itinerary was compact and well-planned, visiting Imjingak, Dora Observatory, and the Third Tunnel in sequence. Our tour guide, Kim Ji-hye, was professional, cheerful, and humorous. She provided detailed explanations of the history of inter-Korean relations and each attraction, and thoughtfully helped with taking photos and translation.
