Our tours run rain or shine. Fortunately, the weather in Greece is mild and warm for most of the year.

In case you booked a tour that visits any archaeological sites, please ensure all members of your party have a valid ID on them on the day of the visit. This is particularly important for guests who qualify for a student, elderly or child reduction.

In case you booked a culinary experience, please inform us about any food allergies or food restrictions in advance.

Important Information

All passengers must provide their passport details (full name, passport number, nationality and date of birth) upon reservation as requested by Mykonos Port Authorities. If not received the booking will not be considered confirmed and passengers will not be allowed to embark.

In the case of stomach sensibility, we advise you to have a conservative breakfast consisted of dry food and not so many liquids (i.e. avoid orange juice). Motion sickness medication is not provided on board.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
