The maseria was in a wonderful setting, surrounded by olive groves. We very much enjoyed our guided tour through the groves, learning new things about growing and manufacturing olive oil. Tasting the oil was a great experience. Would recommend this.

Super interesting, the masseria is really very pretty with its trullis, the guide was very friendly, the processes were well explained to us, the cheesemaker was fascinating and passionate, and the tasting was a real treat!

My husband and I really enjoyed our tour with Valeria. The Trulli houses are beautiful and so fascinating. This little village is picture perfect, but without a guide we would have missed so many hidden gems and not seen the real way they used to live years ago. Her stories were really great in bringing the village to life for us. She was very personable and attentive in answering all of our questions. She also took us to taste local olive oil which was so good we ordered a few bottles to be shipped back home. We would 100% recommend this tour.


