Very friendly employees, nice drinks both in the warm and cold area. When we visited we were the only ones so it felt like having a "private" icebar. It was overall a great experience!

We missed our booked time slot due to traffic. However, the friendly gentleman at reception was able to reschedule us for another time. We were very lucky. The trip was fantastic, and I highly recommend the tour to everyone.
