The tour guide (ANDREA)had an impressive amount of knowledge, and what made it even better was that his storytelling was never boring. In every area, he gave the place the attention it deserved, sharing rich details without us ever feeling tired or bored. He has a great sense of humor and blends information with light jokes, creating a fun and comfortable atmosphere throughout the tour. He was extremely punctual and well organized. Even though our group was quite large, it never felt crowded or chaotic. On the contrary, he made everyone feel personally cared for, as if each person was the only one on the tour. He clearly explained meeting points and timings, which added a strong sense of professionalism and ease. Honestly, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely join another tour with him again without hesitation. As for the driver, (Antonio)was friendly and cheerful, drove very well, and the bus was very comfortable. The internet worked perfectly throughout the entir
