since we're a couple with a one-year-old, I decided to go with the fast track option.
I had nothing to lose, so I bought it right away.
I'm so glad I did.
If I hadn't, it would have been hell. Haha.

Fast track is now like a friend to me, lol.
During peak season, when it's absolutely necessary and there are a ton of people,
it's a bit weird if everyone signs up for fast track,

V responsive over WA and gave clear instructions. Arrived at the agreed time and followed up closely when I was late due to the long check-in lines. Friendly lady helped me through immigration and x-ray lines. Recommend to pay extra for the x-ray fasttrack as well as that's a single queue and much longer.★

I had a short connection time in Ho Chi Minh City. And then my flight from Shanghai was delayed 45 minutes. They took care of everything and encouraged me to not give up. I managed to clear immigration, collect my luggage, check in again and clear immigration and security in 40 minutes and made my flight. There is no way i would have made it without them. I appreciate their service and support and I will use them again in the future.
