Deposit Requirement
A deposit is charged to ensure the safe use of rented items.
Deposit Payment
The deposit must be paid on-site, and payment is only accepted in Korean currency (cash).
Deposit Amount
The deposit is determined based on the rental amount as follows:
- Rental amount 10,000–30,000 KRW: Deposit 50,000 KRW
- Rental amount 30,000–50,000 KRW: Deposit 60,000 KRW
- Rental amount 50,000–100,000 KRW: Deposit 70,000 KRW
- Rental amount 100,000–150,000 KRW: Deposit 80,000 KRW
- Rental amount 150,000–200,000 KRW: Deposit 90,000 KRW
- Rental amount over 200,000 KRW: Deposit 100,000 KRW
Deposit Refund
The deposit will be refunded under the following conditions upon return of the rented item:
- Full refund if the item is returned without any damage, loss, or alteration.
- If the item is damaged, lost, or returned late, the company may deduct compensation from the deposit.
Service Restriction for Unpaid Deposits
If the deposit is not paid, rental services may be restricted.
Handling Deposit Disputes
Any disputes related to the deposit will be handled in accordance with the company's internal regulations and applicable laws.
What happens if I fail to return the items?
- If the items are not returned by midnight on the return date, additional charges will be incurred ([Overdue Days × 1-Day Rental Fee]). Please ensure to return items on the rental end date.
- If the return is delayed for more than 3 days or if we cannot contact you, the deposit will not be refunded, and the cost of the product excluding the deposit may be charged.
- If you are unable to return the items on time due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact customer service.
I want to change the return location.
- If you wish to return items at a different location, please contact customer service by 6:00 PM on the day before the return date.
- If you change the return location without prior agreement, pickup may not be possible, so please contact customer service.
When do I need to return the rental item?
- The return time can be scheduled in advance through the contact method you provided.
- The return time will be confirmed at the time of rental confirmation and reminded one day before the rental end date.
- If the return exceeds the pre-scheduled time, an additional charge of 5,000 KRW per hour will be applied. Please return the item within the scheduled time.
- If you are unable to return the item on time, please contact customer service within business hours (09:00~18:00) the day before the return date.
