They were very polite and courteous, and the driver was very considerate. This company, from the staff to the driver, is excellent. You can communicate beforehand via WhatsApp to confirm the itinerary and whether there are any extra charges. The driver will also confirm with you the night before, open the car door for you, and wait in the parking lot to appear at any time.

My husband and I hired a car, choosing a smaller vehicle, but they sent a very spacious and comfortable one. Besides the driver, there was also a Mandarin-speaking tour guide, making communication in Mandarin throughout the trip much easier. They arrived at the hotel before the scheduled time, very punctual. Our guide, Ms. Wen, was incredibly kind and friendly, taking us to various places. Even when we asked to change our lunch location to something more authentic, she readily obliged, taking us to a delicious and authentic restaurant, and also a great coffee shop. She was happy to answer all our questions about Vietnam, and we had a wonderful chat. She even helped us book dinner after the trip, offering assistance beyond the tour itself. We are also very grateful to the driver; his driving was excellent throughout, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey. Although we didn't talk much with him, his friendliness was evident. We were extremely satisfied with the entire trip, which exceeded our expectations. Everything was outstanding—the time and itinerary, the atmosphere, the communication, and all the details. We highly recommend this car rental company; they are very professional. Thank you again, Ms. Wen, for a wonderful trip!

We booked the car 1 day before . After booking , we received WhatsApp message from the driver. The driver gave us details and confirmed our booking. The driver pick us up at our hotel on time and sent us safely to Ba Na Hills. We spent whole day in the hill and over the promised return time. Thank you for waiting us, of course they charged us overtime with the little amount. Thank you for the service.

Especially near My Khe Beach, the sand was serene and enchanting in the night. On the boat, everyone was immersed in the beautiful scenery, taking photos and chatting. The atmosphere grew even more joyful with the music. The Han River at night always possesses a different kind of charm; the surface reflects the lights like a flowing mirror, compelling one to stop and gaze. Furthermore, the boat offered local delicacies. Savoring fresh seafood and traditional Vietnamese snacks, both the taste and the ambiance were delightful. A simple dinner felt especially special in this atmosphere. Watching the Han River gently ripple in the night, my heart was filled with gratitude and peace. This night cruise was not only a visual feast but also a cleansing of the soul. The nights in Da Nang are truly wonderful times that make you want to linger.
