This was an amazing tour, Adil was very friendly and gave excellent advice. Be sure to research the weather for Hobbiton as it is a fully outdoor tour. Be prepared for a long day! Totally worth it!★

The glow worm caves and hobbiton were great! The tour company that arranges it all is not. We got caught in Auckland traffic, and as it took twice as long to get there as the gps had said we were to miss the bus leaving time by 10 min. I called the company and they would not hold the bus, and also would not even consider a refund for our incredibly expensive day. So asking what our options where, we discovered we could drive our own car 2 hours to the glow worm caves, meet the tour there, and after drive an hour to Hobbiton, and then 2 hours back. So not wanting to lose the tours, we did just that. The glow worm caves where amazing, but the lunches we where to get after where all mixed up because the tour company did not communicate our gluten and dairy allergies to the company catering the lunches, even though they where to do so. So honestly? Would not use this tour company again.★

Great trip, everything well organized. Good pick up in Rotorua, then great tour of Hobbiton, lunch was super nice (come hungry there is plenty of food). Waitomo was a great finish to an amazing day. Amazing guide Damian.
