Travel Notice
Please make sure to arrive at the designated location on time. This product is non-refundable and non-changeable, and you cannot transfer to other departure time slots or join midway. If you fail to participate in this itinerary due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for any losses incurred. Thank you for your understanding.
2. After the booking is confirmed, the date cannot be arbitrarily changed. Any resulting losses will be your responsibility. Please provide complete information when making reservations to avoid errors that may affect your itinerary.
3. Independent departure from the group is not allowed during the tour (except for free time activities). We appreciate your understanding.
4. If the customer is late or fails to attend the trip due to personal reasons, it will be considered as voluntary abandonment of the trip, and no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted on these grounds.
5. Please note that this itinerary may be subject to temporary changes or suspensions due to weather conditions, strikes, safety concerns, or other factors. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and propose solutions, and we appreciate your cooperation.
6. Due to unpredictable factors such as transportation conditions, weather, festivals, or crowds on the day, the arrival times for each itinerary may change.
7. During free time, please pay attention to your personal and property safety. If any accident or loss occurs due to disregarding advice, you will be responsible for the consequences.
8. If you choose to leave the group during the tour, the transaction will be deemed invalid and no fees will be refunded. You will be solely responsible for any consequences regarding personal or property safety that may result from this action.
Special Notes
1. Travelers aged 70 or above must ensure they are in good health and suitable for travel, and must be accompanied throughout the trip by a family member or friend aged 22 or above.
2. Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the trip. 3. This tour is not suitable for special groups such as pregnant women, people with heart disease, or acrophobia, and there is a risk of being rejected. Please book with caution.
Notice Regarding Louvre Museum Admission Tickets
1. Due to the Louvre Museum's strict real-name verification for admission tickets, any losses or risks (including but not limited to denied entry, inability to join guided tours, or shortened guided tour duration) resulting from the use of non-real-name tickets shall be borne solely by the ticket holder.
2. To ensure a smooth visit and complete guided tour experience, guests who purchase the "No Ticket" package are strongly advised to book a real-name admission ticket in advance through the Louvre Museum's official website or purchase one through authorized channels.
