I joined the Springbrook Glow Worm Tour and it was such a wonderful experience! The glow worms were magical to see up close, and the whole trip was smooth and enjoyable. Our tour leader (Da Hui) was really good — friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care of everyone throughout the journey. I truly appreciated the clear explanations and the way she made the tour fun and relaxing.

I really wanted to visit two national parks at the same time and also wanted to see fireflies. I saw this itinerary and booked it. The tour guide was very experienced, provided rich explanations, and took the initiative to help tourists take photos. I received very comprehensive service. The attractions were substantial and full of surprises. It was the most fulfilling and rewarding day since I came to Australia. I am very grateful to this tour guide.★

We arrived late and had to catch up to the tour. I texted Tania and she guided me to meet them she went above and beyond waiting for us in the parking lot and allowing our luggage. Spectacular tour!! Fantastic guide!! So much fun! Can’t say enough nice things about the experience and tour. She even dropped us at our hotel when we returned so we didn’t have to lug our luggage around the city. So thoughtful!! Loved every minute!! My daughter chose this tour and it was an amazing choice. I’m glad we didn’t miss it!! Highly recommend!!★
