I joined the Springbrook Glow Worm Tour and it was such a wonderful experience! The glow worms were magical to see up close, and the whole trip was smooth and enjoyable. Our tour leader (Da Hui) was really good — friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care of everyone throughout the journey. I truly appreciated the clear explanations and the way she made the tour fun and relaxing.
Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!★

We arrived late and had to catch up to the tour. I texted Tania and she guided me to meet them she went above and beyond waiting for us in the parking lot and allowing our luggage. Spectacular tour!! Fantastic guide!! So much fun! Can’t say enough nice things about the experience and tour. She even dropped us at our hotel when we returned so we didn’t have to lug our luggage around the city. So thoughtful!! Loved every minute!! My daughter chose this tour and it was an amazing choice. I’m glad we didn’t miss it!! Highly recommend!!★

It was a wonderful day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. The snorkeling trip was fantastic. Unfortunately, we weren't lucky enough to see any turtles or dugongs, but we did see lots of dolphins. The food was delicious. I can highly recommend this trip.
