If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Meeting Point: Your driver will wait at the Arrival Hall with a sign displaying your name.
Waiting Time: Standard waiting time is 60 minutes after landing for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights.
Luggage Allowance: Ensure your selected vehicle has enough space for your bags. Additional luggage may require a larger car.
Flight Delays: Drivers track flight schedules, but inform your transfer provider in case of major delays.
