The pick-up and drop-off service was so convenient; we could just wait for the car at the hotel. Since we were staying at the Phi Phi North Nature Resort, we booked a ride to Lanthong Pier. We had to transfer boats directly at sea near Tonsai Bay, which was a bit inconvenient for those prone to seasickness, as we had to wait for the other boat. We waited quite a while; we departed at 8:30 AM and didn't disembark until 11:30 AM. Then the hotel's tractor came to pick us up. Aside from the long journey time, it was very convenient.

The booking process was easy; we got our tickets at the pier ticket office, which was cheaper than paying cash. There were still seats available on the boat, and you can also check in your luggage.

I bought a ferry ticket with transfer from my hotel in Phuket Town to the ferry and back to my hotel in Krabi. The driver picked us up at 7:45 AM, as stated on the voucher, took us to the pier, and told us where to go. We went to the appropriate counter, signed up, got stickers, and boarded the ferry, which was a two-hour ride. There weren't many people there. Upon arrival, they directed us where to go, told us the name of the hotel, and showed us which car to board. Convenient.

We used the VIP Fast Track service upon arrival in Phuket. Everything went perfectly! An employee greeted us with a name sign, and we cleared customs in 5 minutes, avoiding lines and long waits. Then, an employee helped us with our luggage. He found our driver in advance and took us to his parking lot. The entire process took us no more than 5 minutes, while other passengers on the plane were waiting in huge lines at customs. Thank you very much. I recommend it to everyone!

I booked a transfer from my hotel on Karon Beach to the airport a day before my flight. A couple of hours after booking, I received a WhatsApp message confirming the pickup time. An excellent driver arrived in a good car. The ride was smooth and on time. I paid only 2,200 rubles! I highly recommend it!


