• Get picked up from your hotel on Maenam, Bophut, Chaweng and Choengmon near the main road.
• Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
• You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel.
• The activity provider will confirm the exact pickup time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email.
• If you are staying on the hill, you must visit a nearby hotel or meeting point.

Know before you go

• Child ticket applies to kids aged 9-11 years or under 130 cm in height (proof may be required)
• Play time is 2 hours, and the total tour time including hotel transfers is 4 hours
• If, in any case, your booking doesn't match with reality when you show upfront (such as the child's age, child's height, number of people, etc.), you are responsible for paying the additional charge upfront
