Kindly show the E voucher to the guide at the time of the pick up.
The tickets will be shared with you by the Guide on the day of the tour,
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Please kindly note that Formula Rosa requires reservation. Guests visiting the park must do it on site. There is no advance booking.
Booking is on a first-come first-served basis.
To register, guests can scan a QR CODE that will be available in many areas inside the park. They can also proceed to information desk if they require further assistance.
Entrance to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is not guaranteed during Islamic holidays
Please pay strict attention to the dress code inside the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque
If your are not dressed appropriately to enter the mosque, you have an option to buy an Abaya outside the mosque
Airport pick up/ drop off is not available.
Luggage is strictly not allowed.
