How to use
Please meet your tour guide at Ocean Queen at the Ayia Napa Harbour. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the cruise's start time. It is advised to be on board at least 15 minutes before the tour starts for your check-in.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the cruise's start time. It is advised to be on board at least 15 minutes before the tour starts for your check-in
  • Please note this is NOT a booze cruise or a loud party boat
  • Please bring a bathing suit, hat, towel, cash, sunscreen and snorkeling equipment (optional)
  • Please note you are not allowed to bring their food and drinks (except water)
  • If you have any sea / motion sickness, do make sure you take your pill at least an hour before departure
  • This tour is wheelchair accessible with disabled w/c available on board
  • Passengers who are obviously under the influence of alcohol or any other mind-altering substance will not be allowed to board
  • Please note you may not leave the boat or return to the harbor once you are out in open sea
  • Fishing during the trip is strictly prohibited
