1. Children aged 6 and under (inclusive) or shorter than 1.2m receive free admission. Children over 6 years old or taller than 1.2m should book adult tickets.

About ID discount refund

1. Group agreement rate, no refunds for any IDs.

2. If visitors are unable to enter the attraction due to discrepancies between the provided names/ID numbers and actual travel information (for admission tickets, electric cart tickets, or attraction insurance), no refunds will be issued. If tickets can be repurchased on-site, visitors must bear the additional costs themselves.

About the Guide

If the number of travelers for this tour is less than 10 on the departure day, there will be no dedicated guide. The driver will serve as the guide to handle reception arrangements. Upon arrival at the attraction, travelers will explore on their own and gather at the designated time for the return trip.

Special Notice: Every infant, regardless of age, counts as one passenger. Please do not bring infants on board without prior arrangement. If overloading occurs due to unauthorized infants, we will have to ask you to disembark without refund.
