What's included
Vehicle type and corresponding route usage fee
Gratuities, remote area surcharges, out-of-zone fees, all personal expenses. The overtime fee is 300 CNY per hour. Surin, Yamu, Laguna, Naithon, Airport, Maikhao, Bangtao, and Talang require an additional surcharge of 300 CNY.
How to use
Please wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time. The driver will identify you by matching the pinyin name in your booking (Note: Drivers typically will not contact you proactively before the trip).
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 14:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 14:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
