A fantastic one-day tour of Hangzhou! Our guide, Brother Xie, was incredibly reliable! He was enthusiastic throughout, providing detailed and engaging explanations. Whether it was the historical anecdotes of West Lake or the tea culture of Longjing Village, he explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making it anything but boring. The itinerary was perfectly planned, from boating on West Lake to an immersive experience of Song Dynasty style at Songcheng, and then exploring Longjing Village, enjoying tea tasting and purchasing tea. It wasn't rushed; ample time was allocated for visiting each attraction and making purchases. Brother Xie also thoughtfully reminded us of good photo spots and tips for avoiding common tourist traps. His service was excellent; he answered all our questions throughout the tour.

Li was our guide for the day and he was fantastic from an early start to our late finish!! Friendly, insightful, knowledgeable and friendly he thought of the little things as well as sticking to the agenda!! He coped with one coeliac at lunch, upgraded our taxi’s recommended dining experiences as well as showing us all the sights on our day trip! Great fun at the tea plantation and throughout the day! Highly recommend ❤️❤️

This was my first short vacation in Hangzhou, and I casually booked a half-day tour package on Meituan. Guide Zhang was my host, and before we even met, he thoughtfully reminded me about public transportation. Once we met, he didn't waste any time on small talk; he went straight to the point and showed me the package. Guide Zhang was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the various attractions, patiently explaining everything while also allowing me time to take photos. Even though it was only half a day, Guide Zhang's dedication and professionalism in providing a thorough explanation were truly commendable. As a tourist from Shenzhen, this experience deepened my impression of Hangzhou. Thank you, Guide Zhang! I look forward to seeing you again. I will definitely share this experience with my friends; Hangzhou is a must-visit! 😀😀
