I have been dolphin-watching in other countries before and had high hopes for this excursion - they were exceeded! The meeting point was clear and the boat turned up bang on time, everyone got on board safely and quickly with a smiley welcome from staff. There were a lot of people on board but plenty of space to move around still, and when we eventually got to the dolphins everyone was able to view them easily. Once near the dolphins the boat slowed down and the engine silent, minimising disturbance to them. We watched from afar and at some points they chose to swim up to the boat! The trip lasted 3 hours in total, with approximately 40 minutes with the dolphins. Beautiful views of Port D’Alcúdia and Menorca. Very pleasant staff. Absolutely worth the money and worth getting up early, I would recommend this to anyone interested in seeing these creatures in their proper habitat.

Our favorite vacation destination is Palma de Mallorca. During our recent cruise, which had a stop in the Port of Palma from 8am to 5:30 pm, we wanted to make the most of our time there. Having previously gone sailing in Mallorca, we knew it was something we wanted to experience again, this time with our school-age children. We chose Sailin’ Palma because it was a private tour, and with two young children, we preferred not to share space with strangers, which could potentially hinder the experience. We are so glad we went with Sailin’ Palma. The pick-up spot is perfectly situated near the Palma port, just a 14-minute drive from the cruise port. We chose the half-day sail from 10am-2pm, which fit perfectly into our schedule. Our guides were incredibly informative, showing us various landmarks and providing us with some history about them. The sight of the Mallorca Cathedral was breathtaking, and they patiently answered all our questions along the way. They took us to the most perfect spot, with crystal clear water, and allowed us plenty of free time to swim, snorkel, and feed the fish. After that, a delicious spread of tapas was provided, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The sailing back to the port once the wind picked up was an exhilarating experience and a perfect way to end the tour. It was everything we hoped for our afternoon in Palma. We highly recommend Sailin’ Palma for anyone looking for a memorable sailing experience, especially families who prefer a private, personalized tour.


