Staff at all stops were very helpful. Stops were easy to find and the app was very easy to follow and informative. The combo ticket (including Night tour and Empire State building entry was very good value. It did include a Circle Line Sightseeing tour but we didn’t get time to do it. Always ample supply of maps and headphones. Uptown route was slow due to traffic issues and that sometimes caused syncing issues with commentary but that wasn’t the fault of company. Downtown route worked well and was speedier. There seemed to be more information about the areas and the history. The night tour included a live commentary which was great as Anna was able to provide more input and answer questions. Michael, the driver, was incredible at navigating difficult traffic. Loved going across the Manhattan Bridge to Brooklyn and seeing the skyline all lit up. Did feel it was good value for money and enabled us to see the highlights of New York City in two days.

Great evening and experience. Dinner was a bit cold and we were the 1st to get our plates. Great variety of food and desserts though. Dj was fun, informative and played a variety of music. Beautiful views and perfect length of time to cruise on river. Perfect way to cap off the night and end to our NY trip.
