Ziplining through the trees is a great feeling! The crew at Kingkong smile literally brought smiles to the activity. It felt very safe and secure, with the crew doing most of the clip work, making sure none of the participants could make any mistakes. The shuttle service was late, and not much communication for the reasoning, but otherwise very comfortable and it was a great day!★

The staff really make it fun. The zip line layout is nice. The equipment is safe and functional, the helmets smell… But they do provide hairnets. It went a little faster than I anticipated based on the itinerary… I would honestly have to say that time wise , it’s equal parts commuting and adventuring. The luge karting only lasted about four or five minutes. :( but hey, there was free food. After you eat, it’s over. We officially started at 11 AM and we’re done by 2 PM. The pick up was at 9 AM, and I got dropped off around 4 PM. ★

Everything was great, except for the pickup and drop-off. Because our hotel was a kilometer from the Old Town, we had to leave at 7 a.m. to go to another location, which was problematic. Otherwise, the tour was good.★

I was looking forward to this Chiang Rai trip knowing that there are a few places that I really wanted to visit. But we had a little hiccup when driver came and brief us about the tour itinerary which sounds different from the booking I made from Trip.com. He mentioned only 3 temples visit and Golden triangle which was not right. As he continue to drive, he was telling me that the trip does not cover lunch, no entrance fee for Long Neck village and no hotspring. I was started to get disturbed as I remembered we specifically wanted to visit these places of interest and he was telling me it doesn't covers?? I decided to whatsapp the agent in Chiang Mai and clarify with them. Thanks to their understanding, they managed to find my booking and rectified it in time. Despite the misunderstanding earlier, I really enjoyed the cruise at Golden triangle, the Long Neck village and the architecture of the white temple.★
