Visiting Paris? Spend a day our two in laid-back Saint-Germain-en-Laye and Versaille, and don't miss this tour. While my husband and I have been to both places, we craved a local's perspective and tips. Retro Tours was was a very cool way to see the cities. We went to the palace stables, by a beautiful lake, a real French market, antique shops, and more. At my request, we even stopped for a drink at a cafe. Julien was a fantastic tour guide and adjusted our tour to work around the Olympic flame, which was in both cities around the time of our tour. Say yes to this tour and you're guaranteed good vibes. I recommend touring when you first arrive to get the lay of the land. Then, you can go back and explore the places that interest you the most.★

The guide and driver were really kind and helpful when we had any problems. The tour was just the right length, and the bus ride there and back was very comfortable. Wi-Fi was available on the bus, and we were able to take a restroom break at a service area-like location. If I have the opportunity to travel again, I would definitely use this service.★

I highly recommend people take this instead of the self-guided audio tour. It makes a lot of difference. The guide shared a lot of stories with the site. It was a way more insightful tour that an audio device can't replace.★

A worthwhile experience; the transportation is comfortable. The only downside is that the shuttle returns at 9:00 PM, and the light and sound show starts at 10:00 PM, so we had to take public transportation back. But everything else was great.
