The restaurant only provides service in Thai on-site. You may contact the merchant's customer support in Chinese/English.
1. After successful booking, please check your email for the e-confirmation. Arrive on time according to your booked time slot. Late arrivals will result in forfeited seating, and the restaurant will not accept refund requests due to lateness.
2. Please make a reservation at least 1 working day in advance. For holidays and peak season, we recommend booking 3–7 days ahead to secure your preferred seating.
3. Most of the restaurant seating is outdoors. In case of rain, guests will be moved indoors, but no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
4. The booking fee can only be redeemed for food and beverages on the designated date. If the specified spending amount (i.e., the voucher amount for meals at designated locations) is not met, the difference cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. If the spending exceeds the deductible amount, you can directly pay the difference at the restaurant.
1 booking reserves 1 table. Please select the appropriate reservation based on your actual dining party size before placing your order.
6. All positions are subject to availability. We recommend contacting customer support to confirm availability before placing your booking. If you proceed directly with the booking and the selected date has no available positions, our store will not be held responsible. Please be advised.
7. Restaurant operating hours: 10:00 AM–11:00 PM. Table bookings are only accepted for dining times after 5:30 PM (daytime visitors can purchase tickets directly at the venue). The latest available dining time for reservations is 8:00 PM.
