Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.★

The itinerary was very well planned, and our guide, Xiao Wang, explained everything at each stop and even took photos for us. Lake Yamanaka, Lake Kawaguchi, and Oishi Park were all so beautiful. The weather was perfect when we went, and we were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji. It was a truly worthwhile trip! I'm looking forward to going back again for a few more days so I can experience Fuji-Q Highland and the Hippo Bus.★

Dom will help take photos and explain the sights along the way during the drive. Cartoon costumes are available for rent; there are many choices. They'll give you photos and stickers at the end. Highly recommended!★

Upon entering, they first offered to store our large suitcases for free, so we didn't have to drag our luggage around at all. When choosing a kimono, the staff didn't push us to buy the more expensive ones; they helped me pick out a light pink lace one. The stylist's technique was incredibly steady when putting it on, and it didn't feel constricting at all. My hairstyle stayed in place even after shopping all afternoon. The price-performance ratio was much higher than I expected.
