If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 10 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 80% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Swimming skills are required for this experience
Participants must have a minimum age of 8 years
The course starts on Saturday at 12.30 pm. On Sunday, the course also starts at 12.30 pm. The course ends at around 5.30 pm
The exam fee for the optional basic licensing exam is €35.00 per person. The extra fee can be paid on-site
