How to use
Hotel pick-up and drop-off are available in the wider areas of Sissi, Malia, Stalis, Hersonissos – Koutouloufari – Piskopiano, Anissaras – Analipsi, Gouves – Kokkini Hani, Heraklion, Amoudara.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

Not allowed:

  • Drinking/eating/smoking is not allowed inside the vehicles

Know in advance:

  • You can add an optional wine tour for 8 € to be paid on the spot
  • Pick-up time is between 8.00 am-9.30 am and drop-off time is between 4:00-4:30 pm. The extact time will be confirmed by the supplier one day before the tour
  • In case the participant does not appear at the pick-up point the reservation is considered invalid and no refund may be authorized
  • The use of the seat belt is mandatory
  • A baby seat is required for safety reasons for infants ages 0-1 (please inform the local provider in advance if you need one). A child booster can be requested for ages 2-11

Remember to bring:

  • Comfortable shoes and a hat
  • Swimsuit, sea towels, sunscreen, and sunglasses
  • A camera
