Reviews: Elephant Nature Park Half-Day Tour [Hotel Transfer / Charity Project / No Shows]

I've always loved elephants and highly recommend ENP (Elephant Rescue Park) as the most worthwhile place to visit. It's a true elephant rescue center with 123 rescued elephants. There are no performances, no bathing, just observation of the elephants' natural behavior. You can't touch them. Most of the visitors are from Europe and America; my sister and I were the only Chinese. The guided tour is entirely in English, creating a very unique atmosphere. Elephants are truly intelligent creatures with no natural predators, except for humans who want to hunt and enslave them. Other places that claim to offer elephant bathing and rescue services are actually engaging in disguised forms of abuse. ENP is a place of love and compassion, advocating against elephant shows and elephant riding. If you come to Chiang Mai, you must visit!

Great full day. Remember to take something warm to wear at the National Park if the weather isn’t good. Can be cold & wet!

It was a wonderful experience! I went hiking with Jack (Sparrow) alone because my girlfriend was sick. I enjoyed his singing in nature and the pleasant chatter. Afterward, we enjoyed a delicious lunch prepared by a lovely woman. We received a very warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed everything. The tubbing and waterfall slides were a hit! The owner is incredibly friendly. We will definitely be back for an overnight stay! He's passionate about his job, and you can see it in the way he welcomes you and guides you through the activities!

A very well-organized trip, with complete professionalism and attention to detail. The trekking isn't demanding, so it's an option for almost everyone. The river rafting and watching elephants bathe in the water are memories that will last a lifetime.
