The bus is comfortable, the service is good, the interior is clean, and you get a bottle of water for the trip. You'll need to bring underwear for the trip, and disposable underwear would be nice. We might choose this company next time.★

Departed Ho Chi Minh City at 8:25, crossed the border at 11:20, departed at 12:30, and arrived in Phnom Penh at 16:35. There was a break along the way. The guide handled the immigration procedures for us, which made it easy.★

Some of the booking options were a bit complicated and difficult to understand, which resulted in us needing to book airport transfers for four people but ended up with four separate trips. Fortunately, we managed to resolve the issue smoothly by contacting them online before departure, and the extra amount was immediately refunded in cash. The drivers who picked us up were also very polite and courteous, which made us feel at ease.
