It was my first time taking a night bus, and it was a very different experience. The customer service staff were also very friendly, offering many options for you to choose from and letting you re-operate. The only downside was that as a big kid, it was a little hard for me to fall asleep.

I booked it just two days before leaving, and it was booked in less than an hour. The car was right at the hotel entrance, and the driver arrived on time. If you don't want to lug your suitcase full of shopping bags on a long journey, this is the ideal choice.
Reviews: Nagoya Airport to City Train Ticket [Chubu Centrair International Airport to Nagoya Station]

I think this is the most convenient way to get to Nagoya Station. It was easy to reserve and convenient to use. I was able to sit comfortably both on the way there and back. I will definitely use it again.

If you can't get a reserved seat, I highly recommend buying this ticket directly. For independent travelers, you don't need to make a reservation or exchange tickets; you just need to queue up when the time comes, which is extremely convenient!

Let me start by saying that we had a comfortable and enjoyable trip there and back. But I think I'll add some important information below, as the description of this event was a bit confusing to me. As I understand it, this is a separate carrier that also departs from bus stations (yes, stations have bus departure zones with separate exits and schedules). When booking, as stated, even if you selected a time and date, they might not be available. Our date was already inconvenient. But they offered to change it to another day, which we did. They responded quickly, but perhaps because of the translator, it was sometimes difficult to understand what was meant. I wouldn't say they were as friendly as we're used to. But I think we figured it out. Tickets are emailed separately with the changed date and time after you've confirmed it with support.
