It was a very pleasant experience. Although the trip was a bit long, the driver was very friendly and enthusiastic. He explained the local history, customs, and landscapes along the way. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot.
The fjord cruise staff were also very friendly and explained the fjord landscape. We saw many waterfalls along the way.★

I booked one day and went the next. It was a small group with few people, and the foreign driver/guide was beautiful, kind, and incredibly attentive. She provided detailed explanations throughout the trip, stopped at every attraction to take photos for us, and even prepared local plant information and drew a diagram explaining the formation of the fjords. On the way back from the boat, she thoughtfully provided chocolates and umbrellas for when it rained. The customer service was also very patient, assisting us whenever we were worried about getting lost. A great experience!★

It was worth getting up early. The bus has large glass windows and a glass ceiling, so you can really feel the natural beauty. Since New Zealand is a mountainous region, I recommend bringing motion sickness medicine if you get car sick. The ferry has plenty of seating, and there's plenty of space outside for people to come and go, so I was able to take lots of photos. Around October 2025. This tour takes a full day, but I highly recommend it!★

It was a bit tiring because it was a day trip, but the bus was very comfortable and the Korean voice service was pretty good, so there were no inconveniences. Next time I need a tour in New Zealand, I think I'll use this company. I'm sorry I couldn't express my gratitude to the guide that day because I had to go to my accommodation. Thank you so much.
