As someone who doesn't usually leave reviews, I absolutely have to give our tour guide, Sakura, a huge thumbs up for this Mount Fuji private tour! I was surprised to find it was a global group tour, and the guide switched seamlessly between English, Japanese, and Mandarin. Her explanations on the bus were lively and engaging, and she took excellent care of everyone in the group, being incredibly witty and humorous!
This trip was incredibly lucky. We saw the breathtaking Mount Fuji, and the meeting times at each attraction were perfectly timed. We even made it back to Tokyo Station before rush hour! It was such a fortunate trip!★

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!★

The tour was excellent! We left on time, all the beds were in place, no one was in a hurry once again. Hikari, special thanks! He is very positive and responsive! It was very interesting and fun with him! He told me a lot of interesting things on the way to Fuji. The driver I had on this trip to Mount Fuji was incredibly responsible. He arranged the sightseeing well, and we even got to see the fireworks display in the evening. He drove steadily and safely throughout the trip, and was very helpful in reminding us of important things to note. The journey was peaceful and comfortable; he was super reliable and made the trip very worry-free.
