Guide Yang is an outstanding tour guide whose service elevated our travel experience to a whole new level. He is not only knowledgeable and provides engaging explanations, but also incredibly thoughtful and considerate. Throughout the trip, he constantly paid attention to everyone's needs, proactively helping with photos and finding the best angles, creating many wonderful memories. His care for the elderly and children was particularly meticulous, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment during the journey. His lively and engaging explanations, incorporating historical stories and local culture, made the attractions more vivid and meaningful. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of pace and relaxation, allowing us to visit all the attractions in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The South Korean tour guide team was very professional. After booking through Ctrip, they communicated with us one day in advance to confirm the meeting time and place. The itinerary was compact and well-planned, visiting Imjingak, Dora Observatory, and the Third Tunnel in sequence. Our tour guide, Kim Ji-hye, was professional, cheerful, and humorous. She provided detailed explanations of the history of inter-Korean relations and each attraction, and thoughtfully helped with taking photos and translation.

I must give our tour guide, Mr. Mu, a five-star rating! The entire route was exceptionally well-planned, avoiding detours and rushing. His explanations at each attraction were packed with valuable information; he didn't just recite lines but also shared many local historical anecdotes and hidden gems, making the tour captivating. When elderly people or children fell behind, he would proactively slow down to help with luggage and find rest areas – incredibly thoughtful. Furthermore, there was absolutely no hard selling; it was a truly immersive experience. I'll definitely use him again next time I'm here!


