If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Group size: 4 guests, up to 20 guests per group. If the minimum group size is not met, we will arrange a reschedule or provide a full refund for you.
Not recommended for participants under 6 years old, over 66 years old, or those with limited mobility. Children aged 6-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Participants must be at least 120 cm in height to join this activity.
This activity is of moderate intensity. Individuals with special conditions (heart disease/chronic illness/physical disabilities) or pregnant women should not participate. If any issues arise due to undisclosed conditions, participants will be solely responsible and cannot request refunds on-site by claiming unsuitability due to the aforementioned conditions.
It is recommended to bring a change of clothes and swimwear.
It is recommended to wear lightweight and comfortable clothing (preferably made of moisture-wicking fabric).
The experience follows a group entry and exit system. Please do not be late as the group will not wait. Please allow for travel time and reserve at least one hour in advance.
The Yilan Hohobi Water Area is an open-water itinerary. In case of windy conditions or poor wave conditions, the experience may be relocated to the alternative water area - "Tofu Cape Water Area" for safety considerations without any refund.
This activity takes place in open waters. For safety reasons, participants must be accompanied by others when registering, so the minimum number of participants required is 2.
This itinerary is for open water activities. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, the route and launching point may be adjusted on-site as needed (activity duration remains unchanged), and no refund requests will be accepted. If conditions are announced as unsuitable for water activities, a full refund will be issued (minus an insurance processing fee of NT$150).
This activity is an advanced water exploration sport, requiring participants to be in good physical and mental health, with sufficient stamina for this moderate-intensity sports experience itinerary.
This activity does not require swimming ability, but participants must follow the instructions of the lead coach throughout the entire process.
Before experiencing this itinerary, ensure you get adequate sleep and avoid alcohol, staying up late, or using drugs.
In response to the energy-saving and plastic-reduction policy, bottled mineral water will no longer be provided free of charge for this experience tour starting this year. Please prepare sufficient drinking water in advance or purchase it on-site.
During the activity, please follow the coach's instructions regarding the activity items and locations at all times. If instructions are not followed, the coach has the right to terminate the customer's participation and require immediate return. Any injuries resulting from engaging in activities unrelated to this experience (such as climbing, diving, pushing, pulling, or other non-experience-related activities) will be the sole responsibility of the customer, and no refunds or additional compensation may be requested.
Please assess your own and your companions' physical ability to handle the exercise intensity of this itinerary.
